Dear Sir,
I am the director of project implementation,SNPC. I got your contact
through the
foreign trade office of the Suckerian Chambers of Commerce and Industries.
As the director of project implementation,I am concerned with the appraisal
and approval of contracts in order of priorities as regards capital project
of the federal republic of Suckeria.
During my investigation of contracts done presently and in the past,I came
across a contract that was executed between the federal government of
Suckeria and a host of foreign companies of which,the contract sum was
$118mUSD.
A total sum of $73.3mUSD has been paid to all the foreign companies that
executed the contract ,leaving an excess of $44,7mUSD which was as a result
of the inflation of the contract sum at the time the contract was
submitted to the presidency for approval by then minister for petroleum
And this amount is left floating in the escrow account of the Central Bank
Of Suckeria (CBS) on claim.
I have made proper arrangement which will be backed by documents to
transfer this sum to a reputable company or individual with trust.
I cannot execute this transaction without the participation of a foreign
partner who will provide an account where the funds will be lodged.
The remittance of this fund requires little documentation and this would be
completed as soon as you provide me with the following information:
1.An acceptance letter
2.Your company's name and confidential phone/fax number.
3.Your honesty, trustworthiness and willingness to abide by the
requirements of this proposal paramount of which is CONFIDENTIALLY.
We have agreed that you will retain 25% of the entire sum for your effort
in the transfe rwhile 70% will be for me and the remaining 5% will be for
expenses
incurred during the actualization of the transfer.
