Oyster Bar @ KaDeWe - A Berlin Hangover Clinic
If you can make it out on the street, there is no better Hangover clinic than the Ka De We Departmentsore on Wittenbergplatz. Just grab a taxi and tell the cabi: Ka De We. It inhabits the coolest daytime clinic for exhausted revelers on this continent. (If your realy smart you take the elevator on the backside, it takes you straight up to the food department on the sixth floor.)

The original munich weisswurst stand. They serve this delicious bavarian restitution food with sweet mustard and brezel on demand.
To chase it down you can grab a Budweiser(Budvar - the ORIGINAL from CR) or a Pilsener Urquell the truely best beers in the world.
To fight your hangover with a beer prooves great wisdom, because you need a lot of water to replace the liquids you lost thru the dehydration function of your alcohol intake. Beer contains about 95% water!
Further they have the traditional North German hangover food , which is more burger-like: a "Fischbroetchen": its a crispy bun filled with a raw marinated hering , a so called "Bismarck Hering". But they also have the holland variation in form of a "matjes" which is a fat salted baby-hering. or scandinavian style salmon or shrimp buns. This stand serves Beck's beer a widely known traditional north german sud, more bitter than the sweet southern brews.
As a kind of french cure the Ka De We offers an excellent mediteranian boulabaise (chowder), you should not miss that. You can't find it better anywhere in Berlin. Just order the portion for 1 Person and than split it with your companiera. It' s a real meal. As hair of the dog try a "Picpoule". it's cheaper than the Chably and comes in double portion.
Than there is the fish roast and grill, they have all seafood you can imagine. My hangover proove tip, try the "lotte", chase with a chably or a "picpule"
Just a step a side there is als caviar available. From the cheap keta to beluga malosol all served to your convenience.
But the absolute highlite is Horst at the Oysterbar. He serves different kind of oysters, wine and a lot of fun. Be warned this place is dangerous. You can get stuck there easily, specialy during weekdays, when the crowds are working.
Usualy I get stuck there, its not only once I found the hand of a neiboring woman in my pants. A lot of fun, drinks. Best daytime bar in Berlin. Hetero or gay, fun for everybody. Celebrities and ordinary folks mingle, very unique, very berlin style at its best.
At Horst's bar everybody is equal, o.k. some are a little mor equal. A must for every berlin visit.
